Location, friendly staff, outdoor garden eating area. Friendly staff, cleaness, location. Good location. Good breakfast. Gave us a complimentary drink on arrival. Nothing. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very noisy rooms due to Eliodoro Yanez street heavy traffic. I believe backside rooms must be better. I had a single room which was incredibly small. There was no space around the bed to even put a suitcase down! There was no air conditioning & the room became very hot. My friends had a double room which was huge and had air conditioning!.
