all reviews » The hotel is comfortable, well-located (bus, subway, shops, restaurants, city bus tours, parks/open spaces). Our 2nd floor room faced a side street and was quiet, and it and bathroom was adequate in size. Breakfasts (included) were good (variety/quality of food). Staff were helpful. Safe provided. Good pricing. Seating area in lobby is attractive. Staff were really friendly and could not do enough for you. Their English understanding was great and communication was not an issue. Rooms were really comfortable, beds and pillows great. Location only 250mt from Los Leones train station. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We would definitely stay if in Santiago again. If there was a better grade than excellent, I would give that to the staff. The room was average,the carpet threadbare.The whole ambient tired worn out. 5 star more like 3. Small room. Their return policy. I lost over $1,000 because guest had to cancel. That is uncalled for and completely unfair. There should be some limitations to this rule.
