Staff is nice. Very friendly. The location is good, in the heart of Providencia - a nice districts with a variety of shops. Good connections with the rest of the city. Wi fi was unstable. Definitly outdated: needs urgently a make-up. My room had a TV-set old, bulky and retro. Uninspiring rooms. Bathroom ferniture old and crapy.
