We chose this hotel because of the excellent location in the heart of Providencia and also because it looked a bit different from the standard tower block. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was charming inside with an unusual layout, a comfortable lounge and a lovely outside patio. Pay attention to room size. The smallest are just too small to be really comfortable and worthy of the price. Not even the bigger rooms have easy chairs, but the downstairs lounge area make up for that. We had reserved a big Deluxe Kings Size 30 sq. m room but were initially given a smaller one facing the street. When we complained the staff was very forthcoming and assigned us a bigger room facing the garden. No on-site restaurant for dinner. The twin room was very small. Loud music from across the street until 4a m. No full length mirror. Nothing!. We could not stay longer!!. Rooms pretty small and bathroom was extra small for our liking.. The breakfast room seating. The low tables and sofas were very awkward and uncomfortable for eating breakfast. Even the serving tables were uncomfortably low. The room was a little small, especially with the wardrobe cabinets opening into the space in front of the beds. I was given a room that was already occupied by other guests! Staff a bit lost at times. Nothing!. Room a touch small.
