The staff really made my trip. I came here a week early before a teaching program began to do some travelling and their were incredibly friendly, informative, and kind. This hostel is perfect for younger travelers looking to see Santiago on a budget. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and tidy with comfortable beds. A taxi to the airport was arranged for us and a wake up call given as requested. Overall very good service.
