This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests. There were computers available with free internet access. We even used the parking facilities right in the building for free! This was unquestionably one of the best values we have purchased in our travels over a long pe.

Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone. The apartment was very clean and very well priced for what it was. Nice comfy double bed, with a separate kitchen and lounge area. Was perfect for my 1st night in South America to settle in and catch up on lost sleep whilst flying. Internet was easy to connect to and tv had about 400 different channels!!. we enjoyed our stay with you, the staff was friendly, very helpful.The facility was comfortable and has an excellent and centricle location. They were very friendly. Apartment was fair value for money. Staff at check in was good and helpful, apartment block is new and modern. This is fair budget accommodation, probably a stretch to call it anything more than 3-3.5 star. Can't think of a single problem with it. Nothing. A sign on the door to indicate the property location. The check in process needs tone clearer for guest but after that all is smooth. Only 2 light bulbs out of 6 working in kitchen and living room made it quite difficult to cook. Single bed in the living room not a couch. No air conditioning in the room ,Santiago gets really hot during summer so air conditioning is essential especially on the 20th floor. Would have liked a safe. View from some units is not attractive; swimming pool is unheated and can be closed for several days for maintenance. Quite small for a family, ok for short stays. Would put tv in living room and not main bedroom. Roof top swimming pool a bit cloudy and cold so don't count as a feature. Sofa - No Safe. never. Not having a way to contact the front desk by phone. It also would have been nice to have air conditioning, but the temperature was not that bad. No heating or air conditioning in apartment is rediculous in a city that can be very cold. Lounge was not acceptable, old and dirty.
