What people say

Altitude Lodge is s real jewel! The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and gracious during our 3 night stay. The rooms are very small adobe squares but charming, completely adequate and have great hot showers. It is a good walk into town from this small lodge (only 7 rooms) but worth it for their very personal service. After an all-day bus trip and taxi in the dark, we were greeted with a warm welcome, fruited water, a map presentation of tour options for the following days which they book.
