  First of all, I am really thankful for the relentless support on the part of Marta, manager of the hotel, who really made me everything and especially the necessary arrangements I needed prior to my arrival and during my stay. On behalf of myself, she deserves a standing ovation My room was cleaned on a daily basis and was really confortable. Desp... what people say » ite the fact that I stayed at the ground floor, the location was quiet enough and I had a great time during my stay. Marta also helped me book several - The room was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The shared kitchen facilities were excellent and the area was spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast was adequate of juice, cereal, yoghurt, bread, cheese, ham, pastries and tea & coffee. The hostel is located in a quiet area and about a 15min walk from town centre. The staff were very helpful even with their limited English and our limited Spanish. Overall very satisfactory.

Highly - I stayed at Quillango twice because it has a very good location (only a few minutes by foot to Buses Fernandes for Puerto Natales), the owner & staff are very keen on making your stay as pleasant as possible and the rooms are bright, new and comfortable. They are well equipped in case you want to prepare some food for yourself. Ordering taxis through the reception (to the ferry dock, to the airport) always worked perfectly well. And the price for this is very fair.
