The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We were booked into a room with twin beds, but when wew staed we had asked for a king bed, we were immediately changed to a room with a king bed and great ocean view. The complimentary ride to and from the airport was great and we were given a fresh flower lei on arrival. Information on tours was great, and we were helped to get a rental car as soon as we asked. The location of the hotel was perfect ... Close enough to walk to where we wanted to go, b.
all reviews » The room was spacious and clean with a nice, firm bed. The view was gorgeous, ocean view and spectacular! The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. Lots of terrific restaurant recommendations and the places suggested were just as they were described! Many sights were walking distance and the main town is just a block away making the hotel nice, private and quiet. Staf really nice, they will guide yuo to the nicest place of the island! :) The position is good, you have a nice view, you are close to the main road, to all the shops, and to the caletas! It's also nice to walk to Orango Vulcano. Rooms are ok and clean. The hotel is good location, only few mins to the main street and walking distance to the airport. also the hotel staff is very friendly helped me about sights and arrange for tour, the hotel room is big and neat. The location and price were great and Maria and Jose at the front desk could not have been any more professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I definitely plan on coming back!. Location was great! Easy access to the coastline and the main road. Lots of restaurants to chose from but a bit expensive which is given since it is Easter Island. Breakfast was unimaginative but then you don't go to Easter Island for the breakfasts. Late night singing till four on one evening. But they charging a four star hotel price. It's dirty and old. Needs a face lift. Facilities are super basic, no TV, no waterboiler, nothing. Internet is slow and unstable. Water takes long time to get warm. Not cheap. No facilities for food, ie restaurant , cooking and no bar or drinks to buy or make. No Internet computers. A 2-star hotel at 5-star prices. Lowest value. Moisture smell in rooms. Bathroom did'nt look clean ans were out of age. An overall impression of no maintenance. Equipment cery basic. Keep away!.
