  I like the location and facilities of the resort. The personal are very warm and friendly. I love the view and the pool.The rooms are clean and nice. The resort is located just by the lake and it has a very nice restaurant that has delicious foods with a reasonable price. They rent kayak just by the resort which is a fun experience.Over all I had ... what people say » a wonderful time at this nice resort. - The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

  Front desk staff were courteous and friendly. The lemonade & iced tea available in lobby was perfect for the heat! Location was great for the wedding we were attending in West Kelowna Restaurant was good value - The pool and the restaurant were excellent. Staff was pleasant and offered advice and service.
