A modern hotel with excellent facilities. Friendly helpful staff, very clean & good sized rooms. A semi rural location situated in West Kelowna & close to shops, restaurants, adjacent to Golf Course & close to numerous vineyards. You really need your own transport as about 7km from the main Kelowna town. Close to excellent wineries and their fine restaurants, the Best Western Plus offers large, clean, comfortable rooms and a hearty breakfast (those waffles are so good) to start the day right. A special nod to Kathy and crew for their morning smiles and convivial service.
all reviews » I like the environment and facilities around and inside of the hotel. The staff at reception counter are very helpful, polite and patient. The location is close to several restaurants and Wal-Mart. It's very convenient. This appears to be a brand new hotel and everything was spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet a plus and included in the rate. Excellent facilities in the shopping plaza adjacent to the hotel. A+. The staff were very friendly very accommodating and it was very child friendly the breakfast was much more than we expected, would defenitly stay here again. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, view from our balcony, waterslide and pool and complimentary breakfast. Great family getaway and we will return for sure. the staff was so friendly and helpful. daytime front desk guy was great. cleaning staff as well. woman running the breakfast very helpful and friendly. The people were not talking that loud while waiting outside our door but it was like paper walls. Asked to move to other room but none were available so just stayed 2 out of the 3 nights. Stayed three nights . Bathroom was cleaned well but room was not vacuumed during entire stay. Children running uncontrollably in corridors. All good. No, restaurant or lounge. did not get all listed TV channels. Breakfast line up for wafers machine. GPS wasn't giving actual location - was at the other end of the street. Drove around a bit trying to find it. Bit of a panic when we were told our reservation had been cancelled. The good thing was that it was not cancelled by letsbookhotel.com so they had to find a room. Obviously and internal issue but could have been a problem. Late housekeeping (1700 hr). Long distance from downtown kelowna. Only after I booked it through bookings.com did West Bank area show up. I thought it was located downtown. Need real wine glasses in the room!. No on screen or printed TV guide A make-up mirror in the bathroom would be helpful to glasses wearers. could be a little cleaner in the rooms. Hockey tournament guests mixed in with regular patrons, excessive noise, soccer games in hallway, over crowding, and according to staff it is pretty much like this till May. housekeeping standards were not substandard. a little noisy from the room above floor. Need more tables in the breakfast room. The price we paid was more than the price at letsbookhotel.com (including tax). Breakfast awful - green bananas., apples only fruit. Precooked rubbery. Scrambled eggs and fatty sausage. Cheap cereal. Waffles were ok but not healthy breakfast. Coffee was good. fitness facility and swimming pool is a joke break fast could be waaay better .it has nothing. Check coordinates vs. Address. Being woken up from 12:30am-2:00 am by a noisy wedding party. Booked a king got 2 queens explained the rate was incorrect; it wasn't corrected.
