My boyfriend and I stayed here for the long weekend and were very pleased! From the moment we got there the customer service was awesome. The young girl at the front desk was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered checking into a hotel. We'd never stayed in Ucluelet before so we had no idea what the best restaurants were, where the best beaches were..etc, but she took care of all of that for us. She gave us maps and a load of information of what we could do and where the best places wer.

Free use of pool, sauna and gym. Good service from Jeff and other colleague. Room was ideal with there being 3 actual beds in the room. Pool and Fitness room looked fine although we had no time to participate. First trip to Ucluelet and we'll be back. Location, Uclulet has a great coastal trail which Jeff insisted we see; saw a whale from the lighthouse trail!. Ate at several of his recommended restaurants. Room was comfortable andhad a kitchenette . A very nice place in a small town that still is a fishing village. Uclulet is definitely worth the (rather long) detour, and this motel is a very good headquarters for many adventures. The staff was available and personal. Facilities were great. Pool, sauna and fitnes room was a real bonus. Will plan on staying there again. Had a wonderful stay. Awesome place! We we're upgraded to a house so there was tons of room very clean and private! The staff/ owners were great i can't wait to go back!!. We very much appreciated the upgrade to a room on the second floor with a bit of a marina view. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Incredibly helpful staff, immaculately clean great location. Go to Ukeey it's so beautiful and this motel is a great place to base yourself - we saw bald eagles and deer from each day at the motel:). I have no gripes!. Distance to Tofino was more then anticipated, but Ultimately would have liked to spend more time in Ucluelet,. A little noisy about 6 a.m. when the fishermen get ready to go out and again on Friday night when the guys walk home from the bar. But both are part of the local colour. It did seem a bit pricy, but this is the first time we've visited the area in high season. If this facility has any loonger stay, off season rates I'd be interested in staying there again. The only drawback was that our view windows opened to the walkway so everyone walking by looked into our room. A written instruction sheet on how to work the heater. We found it hard to figure out even after the owner's verbal instructions. small room but had booked it so knew it would be. A bit dreay from outside. Nothing. It was fine. The amenities such as soap, shampoos that were not replaced daily. Very basic and small, but okay given price and remote location at fishing and outdoor area. Bed in least expensive room, too small for two adults. Facility was old and not well maintained. No A/C or screens on windows. parking lot too small on side I was staying in, and the room was very small for the money I paid. The only staff I met was at the front desk and I found this person rather abrasive. There was no plug in the bathroom which was inconvenient.
