Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. The staff did their best to meet any requests eg obtaining a toaster for the kitchen which was supplied almost immediately. A very large appartment type hotel within walking distance of the subway system. Local shops and bars around the corner.
all reviews » The service was good, the suite was large and confortable. Perfectly located at Bloor / Yonge where lots of asian restaurants wait to be discovered. I liked it very much.The kids loved the pool more than any other place we have stayed. Excellent central location.nicely located dowtown. size of room, location. spacious suit. Location. reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well equipped and lots of space. We had a great time there and would be happy to recommend to others and to visit again!. Convenient location, near downtown and major shopping centers. Rooms are big and quite well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful.Having a kitchen in the room. The mattress was very comfortable giving us a very good sleep. Parking was accessible and attached to the hotel. Desk staff were accommodating. Hot water in the bathroom and shower. Close proximity to Bloor Street and other downtown sites.The room was spacious and had facilities to do work for business. A big sitting room. The hotel is undergoing improvments during the winter months, there was some weekday noise ( stating at 8.30am.). The elevator was slow. We absolutlely HATED how slow the elevators were. waiting too long for the elevators on the way down. asked for twin room for my 2 daughters, but got a double. some work needs to be done, hallways look ancient (walls, elevators). air con did not work..it was hot!. The whole place is a little run down, particularly the common areas, hallways, lifts etc.Room looked a bit beat down. Ironing board with no iron. The elevators were very slow - once taking 15 minutes when the hotel was not busy at the time. Continental breakfast was very limited. The hotel needs refurbishing.rooms in need of renovation,wall paper peeling,carpet satined,bathtub a disaster,needs pain. They had no record of my confirmatihan; the room was too dark; the television reception was poor at best with the on and off features on the converter not functional; there was no access to the television in the bedroom; the charge of $3.50 for 30 minutes Internet service seems a bit extreme even if there is a $10 charge for 24 hours.it was very old and it needs refurbishment. Couple of Front desk staff very uncoporative. Internet access very bad, every morning no connectins and needed to ask for reset .
