-The breakfast included bagel, cereal, juice, fresh fruit, cofee and some days hot chocolate. -The small kitchenette in the room. -Pleasant to have two separate rooms when your travel with children. Proximity of express way so it's easy to go visit the attractions of Toronto with your car. I booked a room for my parents when they come to visit me for two weeks. It is a wonderful place for us because they provide a student kitchen for the customers to cook some food. And the price is very reasonable. Strongly recommend to you if you have a similar circumstance like me.

Even that we post also negatives (things to improve) in this form, we must say that the Residence is very surprising and it was really a nice stay. Total feeling is good. I left my phone upon checkout and I got a call to inform me and assist me in getting the phone back. That's an a++++++. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms themselves were great and very roomy. Everything was perfect except for the paid parking. We really enjoyed our stay. it was comfortable and clean ,not expensive. Safe place to stay with family. reminded me of collage! since I lived there for 3 years. continental breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. Cheap price for a decent-sized room Had a full fridge. quietness of rooms. - Kitchenette was handy to have - Two rooms good for travelling with colleagues - Would recommend if need to be in the area - Easy to access subway. The rooms where clean,comfrotable and affordable. The front desk help was really nice. it was a very convenient option!!. Breakfast is included. Price & location. The price. Clean. there is nothing I could say I like about this hotel honestly I never experienced such A dirty room for that price plus there was no cups or water in my room what so ever. I liked the price and kitchenette. -The parking not included in the price of the room. During week-eng cost of 4,50$ by night and during weekday cost of 5$ by night. -Bring your own cooking ustensile because isn't included in the room. -Bring your wired cable if you want to use your computer in your room. The wifi is open and okay for most of time, but cannot watch vedio on line. Things to improve: 1) Phone number extension posted on Booking was not working so we weren't able to make a phone call whole day to the Residence that we will probably arrive during night. 2) The parking system is annonying. Every time we leave during a day we have to visit reception desk with the parking card. Better would be covered with some "special card". Hmmm. The distance to the airport!. Our room had some trouble with the lights working (the main one only worked half the time). Also the AC was really loud during the night. Wish the parking was free. nothing! :). Staff seemed unapproachable and unfriendly. Faces without personalities - no smiles. Windows only have a tiny opening Walls looked like a dungeon cell, just concrete but it's nothing to really complain about for the price. rooms were too warm! Need AC turned on sooner!. - Choices at breakfast were limited; More fruit and protein options (hard-boiled eggs, perhaps?) would have been good. However, it was included with the price, and having something to quickly grab was handy. - Staff did not always easily have answers to my questions (e.g. bus fares. the Cafeteria was too crowded, because of the poor layout. The hallways smelled strange and funny. Two walls in our unit were not finished (bare drywall). The towels in were clean at some point, but had obviously been sitting there for months and were dusty oily. The kitchen tables in breakfast area were very dirty. The carpet is very dirty and the wall needs to be replaced. Fridge is out of order. There was very little in the way of protein for breakfast. It was a carb overload and I ended up having just coffee... Even having some hard boiled eggs on hand would have been nice. People with dietary restrictions have very little choices with the menu you serve at this location. Breakfast. the hotel it self was clean and decent but when I entered my room I felt bad for the price I payed there was big black stain spots on the best and one part of my bed smelled an strong perfume that was sprayed on to the bed from before. The hotel was very dirty and noisy.
