The new laminate floors are nicer than carpet. Desk always was curtious with the wake up calls. Location was good to access Bloor St, Sedina and Young St. the location of the hotel was good. location. The price was low, but i wouldn't stay there again, it's just too run down. Staff were helpful. Evening receptionist was very helpful and went beyond duties Located near TTC and Mc Donalds.

The rooms (we had 2) were clean. its cheap and close to where i needed to be. Price was good, the staff were nice. Easy to get to and from airport. The manager was very accommodating. We complained that we had been placed in a smoking room when we had requested non smoking. He fixed things right away. Needed to crash somewhere after clubbing, this was alright. Location, close to where I needed to be. The front desk clerk. New Tv. Location to the Direct Energy Centre. MacDonalds next door and convenience store across the street. Tram stops outside hotel doors. Nothing. It was a closet. More like?? A no tell motel then a hotel. Checking the heck out of there. The price. nothing. The rooms proivded through letsbookhotel.com were extremly small rooms for North American standards with small double beds and little to no room around the beds. Also there was noise from the trams all night long if the room was facing the street. expecting different breakfast every other day. no parking available on site. rundown. No elevator.Non -smoking request not honored Unable to take breakfast items to room and breakfast area was too cold Room cleaning too unreliable. breakfast was minimal very noisy with trolley buses running nearby. bed uncomfortable. Our non-smoking reservation did not keep us from getting a smoking room. After complaining to the front desk, we were switched the next day. Both rooms were very small. Small beds. The breakfast was ok, but we had much better at other establishments. Parking three blocks away. Noisy persons running around the hallway at 3 am. that i was in a smoking room or floor. Room was extreamly small. Building is dated, and dirty. Wifi is only available at dining room. Upstair they use the wifi of Mcdonald restaurant next to the hotel. Signal is weak and cut-off occasionally. If the hotel does not have wifi of its own, it should tell the guest. Misleading advertising. I do not recommend the hotel to my friends. Parking is quite a long walk away. Wasn't great. Cramped room.The photos i saw on the site made the room seem much bigger. Very few channels on the tv. Old outdated squeeky ac. The street cars!!! Kept me awake most the night !!!. NO elevator, smoking on 3rd floor (my wife is disabled, and we were not informed about the lack of elevators). Parking 2 blocks away. Haven't to walk for parking noisy and sticky doors thin walls able to hear coples having sex above me or even jawning tiny rooms behind the hotel there is the street cars staation which make it very noisy at night carpet in the hallway was dirty hair dryer overheat and stop working. no lifts, check in time too late. as of 24 hour you only stay 20 nas check out time to ealy. The rooms are misrepresented on the photos on the website. I got smoking room and booked non smoking. In order to get a non smoking room I had to pay $20 more per night. The staircase stank of urine. My room wasn't cleaned properly and when I complained, it still wasn't done. Small room with small bed for double. No tp or tissues for 2 days. No coffee replaced and no washcloths for 6 nights. Every thing small dirty and long commute to attractions. The prostitutes and junkies partying all night long, the rude staff, all the bugs. The pictures on line were not from that hotel, it was dirty, broken furntiture, said it was non smoking but actually had smoking rooms only, rooms did not have all the listed amnedities, parking is off site. I did'nt like the hotel at all.
