Lovely clean room with great bathroom. Superb views from windows and balcony. Excellent location within walking minutes from town and many options for eating. Very helpful staff with great recommendations for eating and sight seeing trips. The low tide bear viewing trip was first class where we saw bears, bald eagles, sea otter and seals supported with excellent information from the tour guide.

Smoking is permitted on balconies, so that is a plus or minus depending on your preference. Easy walk to all amenities. Best place to stay in Tofino (in my opinion). Was my second stay, but my first in this lovely motel. The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever met and the room are lovely with those balkonies. Also you can reach everything by foot. The motel was ....a motel....spotless, good view, spotless,....good location...spotless...every amenity you would want for a sleepover..and comfortable. A bargain. Motel upgraded us to a wonderful apartment overlooking the Tofino harbor, quiet and magnificent view. Reception and information were outstanding. Super friendly staff with lots of helpful tips about good places to explore. The Tofino trail (recommended on check-in) is an amazing hidden gem. I thought the hotel was great and the owner was very helpful would definatly recommend this Motel beautiful view !!. Great location on the inlet and walking distance to main shopping area. Not fancy but very clean. We would go back. Charming waterview from every room. Sat on balcony watching pair of bald headed eagles "chatting" to each other. Was centrally located to a lot of the points of interest and staff was very helpful. Clean and comfortable. The room was comfortable,very clean,great view,a great value.We were most please and will be back again. easygoing and friendly owners and staff... nice people... very engaged in the community and landscape. Right downtown, great view of the mud flats, very close to a great beach hike and surf shop. Clean, roomy, great beds, terrific location, splendid view, wonderful shower and fine coffee. The room was clean and neat. The building is older and so the floors can be creaky, but that's to be expected. Don't go during the busy season if you want quiet. the rooms weren't as quiet as I would have preferred, could hear activity next door and above our room. No instructions for operating kitchen appliances. nothing. Not a thing. TV was a bit small but not a big deal. coffee pot had the remnants of the last pot made still in the bottom. Towel had some rather long strings of hair still in it from who knows when. This was not very pleasant to discover in my towel. Walls seem very thin and noise travels throughout building. nothing. Quite expensive, but maybe the price level in Tofino is higher?. Tofino is expensive, which is why this hotel was the most expensive, but plainest hotel we stayed in whilst on Vancouver island. That for the price on a Sunday and not on a holiday time very frill free and simple and the reception was not in agreeance with letsbookhotel.com low rate.
