  It was very clean and very well maintained. Looked like a new fridge in our room. Loved the king bed and the 2 doors. pool area awesome. - Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Looks like the showers have been recently redone. Had a great time.

  It is a basic b & b where you have a bedroom and bathroom down the hall. The bed was excellent as was the bedding. Great reading lights and alarm clock. The room is not large but big enough to hold a king size bed. The bathroom was super clean and well equipped. The best part - the owner and the breakfast.   We booked the kitchen suite which worked perfectly for our family of six. While we only stayed one night, we were very happy with the room. It held all of us nicely. My 6ft son was a bit big for the hide a bed but other than that, we were comfortable. The price was great for us as well. All in all, we would def stay here again. - It was good value for what we paid! There was even a pool and bbqs (we didn't use them, but they were there and well-maintained). The location was perfect, easy access to everything, and there was even a Tim Horton's across the street. We were grateful to walk into an already air-conditioned room at the hottest part of the day, too!

  Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes.   Great guest house! Very comfortable and well appointed. Short walk to Main St and to the Lake. We had everything that we would have had at home and much preferred the Latimer House to a hotel stay.   The home was absolutely beautiful. Our room was tastefully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. All the comforts of home! Ursula and Otto, the owners, were absolutely wonderful. They were very warm, friendly and very helpful during our stay. Made us feel like we were family. Ursula's breakfast was second to none! What a wonderful host ... what people say » and cook. We had alot of choose from and would recommend this B & B to everyone! When we come back to Penticton, we will definitely stay here ag - Ursula and Otto are wonderful hosts.   The price was great! We were travelling and needed a super late check in, ended up getting to the motel at around 1am. Even at that hour, the service was friendly and courteous. The room wasn't fancy or ultra spacious, but it was really clean and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly.
