Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. Day clerk very helpful.The staffs are nice. close to Parliament Hill, Rideau Shopping Centre. The clerk in the morning was very helpful and lilstened to our complaint and was going to follow up on the situation right away.
