  Room appointment and cleanliness, quick staff service, reservation was ready at reception when we arrived so registration was quick and easy.   Totally relaxing holiday plus a lot to see and around the area for all ages .staff is excellent and helpful It was nice to stay and see what we saw on undercover boss Canada will be back with friends soon - Resort felt like you we're at a tropical resort. Loved the vineyards and the quietness of the resort. Also liked the fruit orchards.

  of all the hotels we stayed at on our recent month long road trip across Canada/USA, this hotel was one of our favourites. It was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, great main floor balcony, staff were friendly and accommodating; it was close to activities and shopping and easy to find.   We came in off season as to us it would be too busy in high season. We were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for the price!! I liked being able to walk everywhere as my husband needs a wheelchair for long walks. It is close to the border to slip over for a few hours. It was VERY quiet and peaceful which made it even more ... what people say » relaxing. It likely would not be in the summer months. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Close to golfing and wineries. - The view of the lake and the vineyards across the lake was fantastic. Loved the morning sun coming over the mountains. Having a full kitchen and two baths was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable. Having a dining room/bar was a nice feature. We came for the FOG and enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The lobby is fantastic as well. Super staff. Very relaxing. Loved the town.

  Owners are fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. You ask they do...Very comfortable relaxing weekend at the Motel.Room was big everything we needed to cook for ourselves, outdoor bbq (many of them). Lovely comfy chairs outside our room where we could sit watch everyone in the poor and have a nice glass of wine. Nothing neg to say was a fanta... what people say » stic weekend and def will return. Thanks to the great staff for a great experience. - This accomodation is sheltered from traffic with some superb views of the lake and hills. The living area was perfect with a equipped kitchen and good bed. We appreciated the laundry facility as well as the pool which is based on a salt water system. Best of all, our hosts were attentive and very helpful.

  The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to almost everything and takes only ten minutes of walking to get to the lake beach. The staff there are very friendly and are always willing to help. The rooms we stayed at have fridge and microwaves, which made our life much easier as we have two young children. We used their bbq for three nights out of four, whic - The pool and hot tub. Tables with umbrellas to sit and relax on the patio were nice addition. The location is excellent, within a block of the beach and a good Pub and a couple of blocks from an amusement park. They have Barbeques in the courtyard and you can get full kitchens. This is a family run business that cares about your stay. - Tho courtyard itself is great. The pool very clean, great temperature, lots of places to sit/lie down. The bbq's were a nice touch. The rooms were comfy, not splashy, but clean, some items a bit worn, but still usable. Staff brought in new towels every day. Staff was very helpful and nice to speak with. Kitchen was supplied with almost everything you needed.

  We were pleasently surprised when entering the Guesthouse to find the decor rather up-market and everything very clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but there seemed to be most items there that you would require. The staff were friendly and very pleasant and the short walk to the restaurant for a hot breakfast (included) was lovely on a nice day. - ... what people say » Room was large and comfortable, had everything you needed, access to use of Kitchen facilities.
