What people say
I liked the price, the location, the cleanliness - it was very good value for the money. As I said, that it was clean, neat, people were helpful and the location is awsome.A fantastic location, impeccably clean rooms, privacy and comfort for a great price. If you're in Montreal to experience the city and all it has to offer rather than your hotel pool and pay per view movies in your room, then this hotel is a good bet for you. all reviews »
near everything, clean new building, better value than hotel, everything I need is there, I would not hesitate to stay there again.inexpensive, central and clean. very good spot. We liked that we were staying in the University accommodation - a feeling of being connected with the city. Helpful, friendly staff. The space was small but had everything that we needed. Nice view from our window and very central. I liked this hotel because it was so clean and good location. Very close to subway, other things. The very central position, available for all my interests. centrally located, clean facilities and friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was ideal. Excellent value for money. location and price : center of Montreal. The location!. once we found the place the fact we were so near everything in the city. It was close to the metro and other desinations near by. Location. The room itself ONLY. Clean rooms.location is very good. Location and price. The location. elevator service from parking garage level nearby is closed at night. Hard to surface to street level with baggage etc.One only thing I did not like was their air conditioner was so weak and could not adjust. Not being able to open the windows in the room; could turn bad for aclaustrophobic. impossible to wide open the window : difficult to ventilate, quite warm inside and no air conditioned. Bed very small for two. not the hotel but how people were not aware of where it was in the locality, we were directed to 'the other residence'!. There was no air conditioning so it was extremely hot at night and the ceiling fan did little for you. No air-conditioning;. The red color of the elevator , the yellow color of the the windows at reception (ALl I liked is the room itself nothing else)I'd recommend for those who like to stick in the room for internet access or whatever and for those who don't get back to the hotel but for sleeping . Furthermore , i'd recommend it o those who're not willing to pay over 100$ CAD. No air conditioning. There is a kitchen but unless you have your own cup, pan etc you can not cook which is noit written in the information. . No microwaves, no hot water for tea.I let the hot water run for 10 minutes and it never even got warm. I had to take a freezing cold shower!. I did not like the hotel and left after one night even though my reservation was for four. the rooms are very small and unequipped. there is a kitchenette but nothing in it. there is nothing in the room but a bed. I reserved an apartment and while there I found out I am expected to share a bathroom, even though there is no reference to it in the site...There was no air conditioning, the window only opened a bit - and had no screen. There was no hot water in the morning.
