Excellent customer service both before and during! I particularly appreciated the fact that Jennifer and Vladimir both made the effort to check in via email/phone during our stay, *and* contacted us afterwards to ensure everything had gone smoothly. I highly recommend this company and plan on making more bookings through them at their other locations. Location was just perfect for me, I could get around really easily. My room was clean, with everything I need. Just loved it!!! I called the staff often in the beginning for guidance, and she was incredible helpful and approachable. Will definitely stay there again.

The toilet would shake everytime you sat on it, a bit annoying I had to travel to their main office to pick up the keys. I didn't know that till I arrive at the hotel, to find out that I had to go somewhere else to get my keys. That really ticked me right off!. Directions for parking were not included, and with one-way system, was very difficult to find Furnishings starting to wear out just a little bit (loose fittings, white sofa faux-leather is flaking off) Unable to contact staff over weekend. The booking process with letsbookhotel.com let us down . We actaully had to get our keys from an office about 15 mins walk and couldnt check in until 4pm. This was not advertised on letsbookhotel.com. In addition, the check out of 10am is a tad early given we couldn't get into the room until 4pm. Check-in location not in-site, hours limited. burnt light bulbs. The apartment was much smaller than we expected. The pictures on line show that the rooms have a living room plus a separate bedroom. We weren't expecting a studio. The hallway of the floor we were staying on smelled awful-like a pet store. Upon arriving, there were several hairs around the apartment. A few on the bed, on towels, in the shower. The shower was clogged and we had to have a maintenance man come by to unclog it even after my husband dug hair out of it. 1. I was told to take a taxi from airport and get off at Bagley stop, then walk two blocks to Sherbrooke. I walked a total of 10 blocks to reach the office. And all was uphill, dragging suitcases. The management said they did not receive all the information from letsbookhotel.com I specifically said i am coming with 5 guys as we do not want to sleep together, we need 5 beds. We only had 2 beds and 1 sofa bed between us.... Not fun sleeping on hardwood floor. The services.
