Pleasant and extra-helpful staff. They made it easy to quickly locate and use facilities. Good location. Swimming pool. Hotel quiet and not too big. I was pleased that my room was close to the elevator because walking can be painful for me. The staff at the front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful. Bathroom has a bidet, although the faucet should be replaced with a bidet faucet.

The hotel was great; the noise outside of hotel before 6 a.m. was not so great, but beyond the control of the hotel.The only negative was the stains on the very comfortable chair and ottoman which did detract from the overall appearance of the room. yes i feel the matress is not comfortable, i don't know if all the room like this. proximity to elevator. Not provding breakfast. the room service took over 1 hour to arrive after an initial commitment of 25-30 minutes...however the duty manager redeemed the situation by not charging for the much delayed room service. Got billed for room drink when I did not take any. Glad I checked the bill before leaving.Yes, I booked a masage for Thursday at 7 pm with the service the Hotel promotes, when I showed up the door was locked..and no call to cancel my appoint. only a cafe-and food selection was somewhat limited although great breakfast buffet with healthy choices.The breakfast restaurant was too small. The buffet breakfast was very limited. Not much variety and exactly the same each day we were there. No listing of BEERs available existed; Wine List did not show quantitiesper glass or prices per glass; Hotel hard to find due to very smallbuilding Nr. Showing on street level. The hotel has good location but is an old one, and it's rating dosen't match the standards.The toilet was not cleanand the room furnishing is over used. The safe box was too small that you can hardly place any items also it's to be locked by a key. The aircondition was very noicy and the bedding is too thick that we felt very warm over night.
