Staff are kind, location is good. But there's no telephone in the room.Value for price and recommend this hotel... It is conviently located to downtown attractions, restuarants, shops. And just a block from the bus terminal.The helpfulness of the manager and the location. Fridge. Concierge, localization. good price and location. The hotel is at an excellent location, on a very lively street and closeto the main bus station. The decor and comfort are very basic, but atthis price I wouldn't expect much more. I'd recommend Rooms 32 or 36, they don't have rooms on either side, top floor less noise. Close to metro stop.The location. Poor free internet wireless connection.in the first morning the substitute didn't gaive the answers about the coffee. No lift (beware of the narrow wooden steps if you come with heavyluggage!), thin walls.Hotel is on the corner of a busy and popular street. I little too much street noise comes through the closed windows and walls. No radio or clock... lucky I brought my own. Very small room, old carpet. No breakfast room. We can hear all the neighborood. The facilities are neglected.Air conditioner did not work, window was broken (possible to enter in the room by it without any problem). Breakfast: croissants warmed up in micro-wave....and has to be consumedon your room. The central air conditioning, small room with poor decor. Presence of street people and beggars outside hotel made it a bit scaryespecially at night.I didn't get the room I requested, one queen bed. Instead got a room with 2 double beds and the person at the desk insisted that one was a queen-nope! Stains on the carpet. When I requested a room change it was refused. You can literally hear people in the next rooms very clearly! Close to strip club area. Facilities are old with dated decor. Communication between staff and customers was poor. Breakfast was disappointing.. croissant, hot drink and diluted pop.The hotel staff was very rude, the break fast they served is fornamesake only. The rooms are very small. They could not provide an extrabedding for stay although mentioned on the website.
