Hotel was very well kept up, Sue at the front desk was very nice and knowledgable on directions. and followed up with a call shortly after checking in to ensure room was ok -that was a first!. The staff was great, the front desk personnel were very helpful, and Junos restaurant adjacent was first class, food wise and staff wise. Would I stay again YES. The staff at the front desk were great made you feel very welcome . Had the best nights sleep the bed was so comfortable would stay here again for sure .

Clean, comfortable, updated and had a restaurant attached. connie at front desk was very nice. hotel very good and clean. i love stay here and location is great,. The room was clean and had all the facilities required for a short stay. Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice decor. Free parking and wifi. The bed was very comfortable and there's a restaurant in the building. Near the bus which directly takes you to square one. staff was very friendly and helpfull. Staff. Cost was perfect. Beds were comfortable and water temp and pressure were good. I enjoy my stay. I have no complaint . Very convenience area. clean room. Restaurant food was goog value for money. Location, Location, Location. Nothing. We could only stay one night. no microwave in room or fridge you have to go to front to warm up food. No microwave. Three times the waitress gave me the wrong change, always in her favor. Should have more entertaining channels on the tv. no fridge or microwave. Nothing. staff not professional at all. Toilet got clogged and had no one to un clog it. So I had to go to the front desk to get the plunger and it was a horrible all cheap plastic plunger took me 30 mins to un clog it it they had a traditional wooden handled one with the rubber head on it I could have un clogged it in 30 seconds. And I asked for exrea towels and they sisnt have any to give me. No wifi!. Check in, the service was not the greatest. My check in was verry verry long, after driving over 10hrs , the only thing i add in mind was to go in rest,. Airport Shuttle was very poor and expensive. The driver wanted to scam me. I was left at the airport for one and half hours after I called that I have arrived. Furniture outdated. breakfast should be complementary. Customer service - especially at Restaurant and quality of food so so. They charged me 40$ for breakfast for two nights to give me a 6.5$ voucher. When I complained they said it is letsbookhotel.com commission which seems to be a lie. Loud rooms and outdated.
