location was good, it was great to have the kitchen facilities and the washing machine on our city trip. The pool was great and the views from the apartment were gorgeous. The train station is only 10 minutes walk away and Square one shopping centre is also 10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of convenience stores around to stock up on supplies. Good price for the amount of space and beds that we had. Included pots, pans, plates, and utensils for the kitchen. Now that I have done a stay in an apartment like this I have a better idea of extra stuff to take and would definitely rent this room or one like it in the future.

Enjoyed the swimming pool. Pleased with own washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment. The room was nice good value for the money. Nice views of the city. Nothing. there was no cleaning service of the apartment and no brush/mop to clean the floor. We stayed for a week so I would have liked to be able to sweep the floor once or twice. There was no dining table and not enough stools for us to eat so had to eat at the coffee table. We didn't get a key for the pool so had to keep asking security to let us in. All in all these are small problems which can be rectified and when they are these suites are an excellent alternative to expensive hotels. I did not receive any e-mail from them with instructions so I had to call and find out how to get to the room after I got there. No information provided about how to get to and use the on-site amenities. Because this is an apartment and not a hotel there is no information about the pool or exercise room. Would be smart to leave this kind of info in a book in the room. The Wi-Fi password should just be posted on the wall. The room should have more towels and blankets. I just want them to make sure everything is good before guest arrived because bath room flush was not working but they send a plumber right away to fix the problem. hard to get out from the parking lot at first time...Over all much better than other hotel... Nothing at all. Nothing really apart from the cold weather!. No toiletries, hair dryer, washing up liquid/dishwasher powder. Bedroom carpet stained, walls in lounge marked. No one on site to deal with any issues. Nice apartment but disappointed with level of service. The whole trip was a lot of confusion. Our room got flooded and we were placed in a diffrent building then our friends witch made things difficult. We also had two cars but only parking for one. We were given the wrong address for the hotel so that left us searching for over a hour for our hotel. The guy that helped us was friendly but strange, I even question if this is a legit hotel or just some dudes with a couple apartments that rent them out short term on the off season. It is not a hotel, it is a furnished apartment without services, never been expected to get this bad experience while booking thru booking com I felt sheeted.
