Brilliant service and great facilities. The family suite was huge and perfectly suited our needs. Picturesque location looking over the water. Quiet and beautiful private beach. Great restaurant with top-notch service and yummy breakfast buffets. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Cambodia. Very peaceful and great location for beach lovers----lovely art deco main building with great sea views from the upper floor rooms.Super beachside restaurant .Nice pool area. Good staff--very friendly.We stayed here 2 years ago and returned as we love the atmostphere of the place.
all reviews » Kind&careful staff, large hotel territory, clean&comfortable room, tasty breakfast and nice seaview cafe, well maintained beach zone with wifi; to get to the city center you just ask receptionist call "tuk tuk" (10 minutes, 5$). The room was big with balcony with sea view. Behind the building there were some monkeys on the street. On the private beach it was very quiet. If you want to get away from the crowds this hotel is perfect. Staff attention and friendliness, calm, green, proximity with animals, nice spa treatment, clean ,beautiful beach, fresh air in the morning . We love it and we will continue to came!. Location is excellent: jungles, beaches, design, and all of that for very reasonable price. You will not find better in sihanookville. I will be back ;). Seaside location. Pleasend hotel staff. Soul-less breakfast room---a bit shabby (it´s an old ballroom ).Quite a way from town, need to get a tuk-tuk to go out to restaurants there. Lotos tour - was the only thing that disappointed us little bit (their table is in reception hall). Why? Because of low level of service quality. Example, 130$ for two person to go to Koh Rong (no interesting excursion) that costs 40$ to buy it yourself from Sihanoukville pier. There were many small ants on the leftover food when I woke up. I had to be careful not leaving any food in the room. But being located in natural environment, some bugs can't be avoided I think. still progress to be made On breakfast, the Elictrice at the room 142 off and on all night long for three nights that very disturbing, the bar lounge needs serious revamping. Not clean at all. They gave us used slippers saying that they were used only two times before! Stains on the bed sheets. Stains on bath robes. Overpriced hotel food!. more frequent transfers into and out of town. Description of boutique hotel in some brochures a bit misleading. Bar area functional but not particularly appealing. The territory in some places(hidden from the visitors' eyes)-like in the bushes, behind rocks etc was not maintained and cleaned from rubbish as much as needed.. Eco-unfriendly attitude, I would say. Felt it was lacking atmosphere, so many missed opportunities as far as catering went. The places along the beach were picking up lots of trade! Housekeeping issues as far as bedding is concerned are an issue. - Internet not stable. The food was not up to standard. The hotel porters were unfriendly charging a friend 5 us dollars for leaving a motorbike in the car park. The push bikes that were available were in desperate need of replacing. Was a fare way from the town centre and the bus didn't run regularly enough. we booked the premier villa. the hot tub didn't work and doesn't have enough hot water for it. hotel confirmed that everyroom with hot tub has the same problem. so money wasted. i will not book he premier villa again. I got food poisoning on the beef burger. Too far from the main beach and town. long walk from our suite to the beach and restaurant. Management & service.GM refused to see us.
