Staff people were super friendly and nice, very good service when we asked or ned something. I think very reasonable relation quality price. In our case we were looking for something calm to rest and at the same time close to the restaurants, bars etc. I hope there is a next time in sihanoukville and probably would be there again. I thought the service here was excellent. The staff was so gracious and friendly. The breakfast was great with a bunch of options, our room was comfortable with good aircon and there were so many channels to watch on the tv.

It was probably caused by a real flood of tourists during Chinese new year. Sometimes they put too much disinfection aids so the water was too smelly. So we preferred sea swimming. Not all rooms had safes. The bath in room 412 seemed to have a leak in it, and the floor flooded after each shower. The pool also seemed to be over-chlorinated, and hurt the eyes when swimming. Limited choices for breakfast for foreigners. Breakfast is mainly suitable for Cambodian/Asian. Great pool but leaves strange taste. the swimming pool is not very clean,it looks very nice but I dont know why the water inside tastes sour??really scare us !my friend and I even didnt feel very well after swam half an hour .the water is bad !. nothing. Breakfast buffet cold,slow to replenish.food. A little smell in the room. 5 min walk to beach. No pool service. Cleaning staff came too early in the morning which made it difficult to lie in food and drink in leisure cafe was too expensive compared to other cafes in the area. a lot of pets. I was supposed to be picked up from airport but they never show up! I found also there were too much insects in this room. the hotel is located in a very dark area and we weren't that happy to come back at night. hardly somebody is speaking english there..
