Proximity to Riverside core and walking distance to the Royal Palace. We got exactly the room we wanted on two levels with even an extra bed (sleeps five or six with small children). Two 1/2 washrooms. Happy I found this place and that I booked it early. We were three adults. Plenty of other guesthouses and restaurants on same strret. A really good place to stay in Phnom Penh. The food is excellent, the location is fantastic, and the bedrooms are really nice. The jacuzzi on the top terrace is just incredible.
