  We moved here last minute and had a fantastic 2 nights stay. The garden it so beautiful and we always eating here for lunch and dinner, very good food and staff. The manager is a fantastic individule and makes sure his staff looking after you. We a bit concerned at the first time arrived it might be like pagoda . But it's a very peaceful location ... what people say » and has everything you could need. All guests are respectful and we had very quiet nights listening to the geckos(the gaint ones are amazing), here ag - I and my girl friend have stay at the The Sanctuary Villa for two nights it was very comfortable. The staff very helpful and so friendly, the room it was big and have a nice shower and bathtub it was great for us. The restaurant also peaceful that why we ate there all the time. I mean the services there very very great especially the Manger he had greets us all the way we check out. Thanks to all the staff at The Sanctuary Villa I'm will be back in the next 6 months later.

  This place was absolutely amazing. After a tiresome trip around Siem Reap this is just what my sister and I needed. The staff are so attentive and lovely to talk to. The grounds, room and pool are amazing. The room has a coffee maker and tea with great tasting coffee. Food good. And amazing frozen cocktails.   pat is a good host and made us feel welcome as did the staff. the menu was fantastic and the facilities were brilliant.Staff were always there to help in any way they can.Would recomend this place. - The attention from staff was excellent. The room was excellent & the food was also excellent.

  Lets start by saying this resort is brand new and has only been open 3 months. They still have a few finishing touches to attend. In saying that the pool is sensational and the gardens magnificent.   This hotel is value for money. All staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The included breakfast was at a close sister hotel and was fairly limited. However for the price we paid the deal was very acceptable. A special thanks to Dom who was the Tuk Tuk driver connected to the hotel.   We spent the last 3 nights in this hotel and we always had a good sleep and felt save as well. The location is good and we also had a very nice and clean room! We left some tip on our bed and the cleaning ladys did not even take it!!! Couldn't believe that...;) The staff always had a warm welcome for us and also arranged us a great tuktuk driver ... what people say » for the next two days(Sam: 012652976). When we checked out, they had a small christmas present and scarfs ready for us! We would definitely stay there - Clear information in English about services and extras available. Good clean room,everything worked.close to town shopping, markets and restaurants. Short walk to river, good information and easy access to sight- seeing.
