Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working. Overall, great price/quality ratio, but some improvement can be made. I liked the position very much. Hotel is placed at 10 minutesfrom sea shore and 15 minuted from main shoping area. It has a splendid sight view from top levels. Room was realy large and clean. Breakfast is continental and has many options .

Great location for Varna City. It has very large rooms. The saff at the reception are excellent and friendly but at the spa not all. Clean, spacious and modern rooms. The facilities. Wide rooms. Breakfast could be better (is not five star, for sure). It could have had better lighting and only one window opened. The bed was really hard and sheets weren't high end. . Nothing to dislike about this hotel. illumination in bathroom very poor, cosmetic mirror broken, every day same basic breakfast only, no variety, just good for survival. Hotel advertised a casino which they do NOT have but walking distance is another where we had a great time. I'd recommend to enrich vegetarian main dishes in the both restaurants and vegetarian choice for breakfast as well. At breakfast,inside the restaurant, because AC was a little windy and also chill For elevator recomand greasing because is making noise. Nothing. The two main lifts are very slow. The wifi doesn't extend easily to the hotel terrace. If you want a coffee on the terrace you lose wifi connection. Decor is a not so colourfull. Disco music very loud in the corridors, problem with the AC which was leaking in the room, long check out because one person needed to check my mini-bar consumption before I could pay. Technical maintainance. Wifi is not working well:(. That I had to leave again. When we arrived desk didn't have our booking, which caused a few problems, like wanting to charge us a higher price to stay, in the end we got it sorted, but don;t except this from a 5 star Hotel. They need to get these sort of problems sorted or they will lose some cleints. The excees to the hotel by car is very difficult. The position of the telephone at the room not practik. I had to pay half of the booking price for checking-in too early but at check-out I was charged even a higher price without any explanation (receptionist claimed this is their standard rate). Otherwise staff was Ok. They did not clean the toilet. Shower gel/shampoo of bad quality... I got an used bottle, not sealed, I think they refill with some ugly, cheap stuff... Housekeeping: three times we had to beg to reception for a toilet replacement roll. No soap and One day did not clean the toilet (spots on the water), almost every day day did not wipe out the room. Bar tenders very rudes and unpolite. We asked about an urgent outcoming fax and they did not have any idea how to send it and most important, they did not manage to give us an answer back. 5 stars is absolutely ridicolous: not deserved it at all.
