We arrived in 7:00 am! They met us friendly and Settled in perfect 3 flours number 59a, with a beautiful view on sea! The room was clean and better then on pictures! We had a clean pool, free chairs near it. The employees was very friendly, always asked us if we want something to drink or it :) Also there is nice beach, but its paid, so we decided to stay near pool, and when we want we go to the see, its was not hard :)) The cleaning was every day! I was scared that my camera or apple retina wo.
all reviews » Great value, right on the beach and with a very nice pool area with bar service. The hotel was right next to the pedestrian street with many restaurants, bars, etc. 5 minute walk to the main street where bus service is regular. Food stores within close vicinity. Staff was very helpful, polite, accommodating. The room was clean and had a small kitchen and living room. The air conditioning was very strong and cooled the room down quickly. Wi-fi in pool/beach/lobbies. Perfect location.Nice,tidy,modern and clean.Good place to relax,and my childrens(4,8 age) were very satisfied as well.Can't tell anything bad.Looks better than it has been advertised.Lovely place for shopping,walking,great restaurant around.Thank you Heaven. I had a courtyard room and the partiers returning home at 5-6 A.M. pass right under the window. Better to pay extra and get a seaside room. Locks were key and not card operated. Losing a card is not a big deal, but losing a key can be a problem. Wi-fi in the lobby and pool/beach area, but not in the rooms. Restaurant Heaven located in hotel had very arogant and unprofesional "management"!. smell from kitchen waste pipe, toilets etc black lifts, reception area. The rooms on one side of the hotel are way too close to the loud nightlife on the street. Noise will filter into the room until 6 AM. too crowded. I found only one dish . I asked for more. They have not more !. there are no staff in this hotel!! this is an appart hotel.. the wifi connexion was bad too!. nothing.. Kitchen ventilation,bed sheets was dirty,why there is oven if there is no pan,they didn't clean the room for 1 week only towels,there is no safe in the room and i find a cleaning glove in my bag. Everything else.. I left early as it was so bad.
