Private beach is great always available places and very quiet. Staff from bar and restaurant are very friendly and to do the best to please every customer. Everything is extremely clean from room to restaurant, outdoor terrace,pool everything is cleaned at least once a day. Location is great just in the middle of Sunny Beach next to many restaurants. The room design is very interesting and different.

It was our second great summer vacation at Dune - an amazing location, very close to the sea, extremely polite staff, cozy rooms, select restaurant with delicious meals, private, uncrowded beach and the fabulous feeling of caring for happiness of each customer! Next summer we will certainly be back at Dune!. All the rest (except for I didn't like). Internal and external design, furniture, service, food, atmosphere, music, beach chairs, etc. And especially it was delightful that at any time you come to the beach, you will have an opportunity to choose a beach chair you want because half if them were always empty! A beach was really for hotel guests!. The best hotel in Sunny Beach! The pool area was an elegant oasis for lounging day or night. We loved the large white day beds around the pool. The location was central to everything. The room was clean and modern. The included breakfast was also very tasty and we were very happy to sip on fresh squeezed juices at any time. Lovely clean and quiet hotel in a excellent location with it's own private beach for the hotel residents and free wifi in all areas which really makes this hotel good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would always greet you with a smile. All in all a we had a very enjoyable stay in Hotel Dune. The beds on the beach are so sexy. I like the fact that there is always room, although the hotel is nearly full. Influential, clean, friendly people come to visit. I made some good friends while i was there. We booked a park view room and because it is close to the main pedestrian path there was lot of noise, drunk people screaming woke us up every night. The room we received was painted in dark brown, black although it is an interesting design the dark colors are a bit depressing especially after couple days. A handrail for the pool stairs would be great, I recently had knee surgery and it was very difficult to get in and out of pool. The sea by the seashore is full of sea grass and jellyfish, you should better arrange for keeping it more or less clean (if to go 100m to the left, the water is clean). Some housekeepers do not ensure that the assortment of shampoos, shower gels, hair balsam, shower caps, etc.stays full as far as they are consumed. We stayed in a what was described on the web site as a park view room but someone is having a laugh here because it's really a concrete jungle view but we had no problems with noise from the street or nearby bars, so no complaints here and we upgraded to a sea view room when one became available, well worth it. Breakfast was limited but adequate, the rooms and bathrooms could do with a makeover. The WiFi was not working and the infrastructure for it is poorly designed. I`m an IT guy so that is a thing that bothered me. Not all the staff speaks English so that annoys your from time to time, but it's more like 20% that don't speak so the chances of meeting them are rather slim. Breakfast not for a 4 star hotel; maybe for the future an investment in a SPA and maybe a heated POOL. This is not like a complaint but a recommandation. May be the seal around the bath needs replacing. sky news or an english channel on the TV. park view room is a bit noise ( but the isolation is very good ) till midnight, due to a neightboring hotel open air bar, but exactly at midnight they stop the music !. Breakfast can be improved. Rooms are of a two styles: brown/black and creamy/black. A bit darky during the evenings, otherwise very stylish and comfortable. Corner rooms have low internet signal strength. Breakfast could have had more choice (eg more fruit options). However, everything else was so good about the hotel, that breakfast did not matter that much. the room is very nice but need a bit of work. Staff could be a bit more friendly on reception. The cleaning staff and life guard were very friendly. The hotel room need to be updated. Hotel looks great but the room look run down and need refurbishment. Nothing!. Not flexible at all with hotel rules, not allowed for early check in or late check out even if rooms are available. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. no play areas for kids. can be better furniture or room design.. nothing else.. Besides the location of the hotel in front of the promenade nothing. Hard pressed to find anything bad. Boutique hotel so manage your expectations. rooms need upgrading door did not lock , needed replacement. behind the hotel there are "milion" of other hotels - almost impossible to find the way - telefone instructions almost necessary.
