Staff is quite friendly and ready to help. New building of the hotel is clean and comfortable. Location is brilliant due to the quite place ideal for the family vacations. hotel was very nice. modern but built in traditional style. Luxury accomodation at a bargain price. Friendly staff, well furnished and spacious apartment rooms, breakfast fine - above average for Bulgaria. Restaurant ok but limited menu. Overall summary is good but not great.
