Location Hotel beach Near Arkutino beach Restaurant. I liked the location and the fact that it is a quiet place without agitation. Unfriendly staff Room view In room safety box not free. There are no sea view rooms. They are selling some rooms at special rates as "see view" but actually they don't have sea view. The Black See is somewhere on the left of the terrace. The staff don't know english.The older lady from the front desk(I think is a manager or something) treated us very badly! The rooms doesn't look like a five stars hotel.
