We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. The apartment we got was cituated in the heart of the city but at the same time at a quite place so we weren't disturbed by the noise. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp.

They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again. Good location and very very clean house. Sheets and towels were new and clean. Beds are comfortable. Ouw house owner Iliyana has taken us from the metro station and informed us about everything before and during our stay. She answered all of our questions and e-mails patiently. We were a group of 3 friends and we booked a 1 bedroom apartment that also had a sofa bed , but instead we got a two bedroom apartment. Moreover the staff at marinella apartment were kind enough to let us check in into our apartment an hour before free of charge . we booked 1 bedroom apartment, we got a flat with 2 separate bedrooms with the same price. Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, clean,safe neighborhood. Definitely will be staying there if I come to Sofia again. The staff are friendly and punctual. No dislikes for this place!. When you arrive, the building and entrance are awful ! It smells moisture in the entrance. But when you are inside It's ok. Basic furniture. No heating in the bathroom. The kitchen is very small!.
