Is near center of Sofia, silence area and big rooms. Regarding the report between quality and money, my note is 10. The Hotel is 'First Class' - A excellent place to stay - Buffet Breakfast is also excellent.The friedly stuff, the service was excellent, the room perfect. The behaviour of the reception staff was excellent.Staff very friendly and spoke good english, good location, large room and bathroom, very clean, underground parking.

I booked this hotel as an extra night added on to an organised holiday. I requested that we had the same room for both nights of our stay. When the rooms were allocated our holiday leader asked if we could stay in our room for both nights and was told that this probably would be ok. However, the next morning we were told we had to move rooms. The second room was not as nice as the first room. The Hotel description said there is wireless connection all over the hotel - this was not true. I didn't have any Internet connection in my room. The breakfast buffet was pretty small equiped - I expected more variety!. The bathroom was not working correctly, I mean there are a problem with the drainage of the water in the 2 rooms... Noise from outside. Room I stayed was in front of road.Restaurant and breakfast was very, very poor. Although the hotel has 3 stars the restaurant has only 2 ! And the breakfast was one of the poorest I've seen so far. Not enough parking space.My frenchbed request was not fulfilled although informed twice well inadvance; breakfast was poor; poor air conditioning at rooms; curtainshades not covering windows entirely. The room service / restaurant was in effect closed much earlier than guaranteed. Wi-fi connection - actually not usable, since poor signal in roms, which was one of my key considerations in my decision to book at this hotel. Will recommend only to low level employees.Very basic breakfast, air conditioning was not very good. is durty, ugly, the room is too small, the bathroom is too old, we dont like it. the smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, going right through all the rooms.
