I can say just one thing "wonderful"! The hotel is very design, clean and cosy. The people were very kind and smiling. The rooms are large and very well designed in wonderful french style. I was impressed by the quality at low price. I recommend this hotel to everyone: business travelers, families or just married. Go there without hesitate. Petar and Ema who staffed reception on our first ever visit to Sofia & Bulgaria were wonderful. Helpful with everything; language, local directions, friendliness, everything we asked for! A wonderful introduction to Bulgaria & highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find. The potholes in the car park opposite & the street art on the approaches, but they are an honest heads up on what to expect in Bulgaria. The location is a little out of the city centre but taxis were cheap enough, about 7 Lev per trip to/from the centre a dog barking continuously outside so early in the morning (but the hotel can't help this). Mini bar was very overpriced and the wine was a disaster. Breakfast, poor educated staff and deadhead flowers in restaraunt in the morning, lack of coffee and juice. Small bathroom. Poor breakfast. Furnitures low quality. Restricted Wireless connection, had to use my own cable. Breakfast very poor value for money and very poor standard. We had the 'healthy breakfast' - The 'muesli' was just plain oats; the 'fruit salad' was an apple chopped up! The yoghourt was bland; the boiled egg was cold and there was no bread to go with it.
