The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Most of them spoke some English and if unable to understand quickly found somebody who could. They all seemed well trained in their respective skill and always appeared smart. Everything in the hotel is very luxurious and very tasteful. The facilities are great. Good value for money, excellent spa offer, the hotel has a nice libraryand a profesional billiards room.
