Everything! A very good email contact with the owner before the arrival - all questions answered. The location from the beach - no more than 150 m; the parking lot next to the Pension; the Pension very well managed, with flowers, grapes etc; the communication in all possible languages; the owners and cleaning lady - extremely nice, helpful; the facilities in the room, the view to the Black Sea, the towels and sheets changed every week, very clean. Very close to shops, restaurants, very close to.
