The hotel looks new, doesn't have a worn aspect, it is located in the old town. Across the hotel is a large golf with a beautiful sea view, staff was friendly although not all are fluent in english. And it is very cheap.
Nice and clean rooms, very close to all interesting places in Nessebar and very quiet during the night. Perfect for relaxing.

Although bathrooms are equiped with showers, they don't have shower tubs, which makes the water splash all over the floor. Eventually the water will drain but right after you take a shower you may encounter a minor disconfort seeing water all over the floor.
No personal on Sunday, just someone who didnt know english and was hard to get any information from him. Would be nice to have also breakfast.
Restaurants in front of the hotel a little too expensive.
No parking place, no shower all the water floods the bathroom, sheets were never changed and cleaning was not done properly.
