Staff very good and very helpful Food was good and fresh ,Bar was also good, Rooms good and clean, Its a bit back to the sixties but nice if you think your getting 5 x try another hotel, we go for the ski-ing. Well Done. Breakfast was good! Staff really friendly...had Internet reception in my room. The food at dinner time was not really hot...also pretty basic. For Bulgarien standarts poor, as I had much better food in restaurants for the same value.
