We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it. There is no elevator, wehad 1st floor apartment it was ok but if you are higher up and withsmall children it may be a small issue. Everything was advertised,except distance to gondola.The district was quite yrt reasonably central.all reviews »
The facilities provided by the hotel were great, the studio was roomy and close to the telegondola. The location is excellent, staff is helpful. Nice swimming pool too. The existence of the kitchen.near the lift, comfortable rooms. The rooms were very clean. It's a modern building. It was warm.Location : very close to the ski lift. this hotel is near to gondola lift,near to shops and has big rooms. That is near the cabin lift. The pathway to Pirin St. was not cleared of snow,as a result it was very slippery and hence dangerous.There was a fire place but it didn't work, when we tried to make a fire in it the whole room filled with smoke. Some things in the room were not functioning: a leak in the bathroom, one switch, etc. I would have expected housekeeping to wash dishes, did not happen.the room was not warm. The toilet in our bathroom didn't work and we had a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to get moved to another apartment. There was a young woman (not the receptionist) near to reception when my husband returned to reception to see why no one had been to look at the toilet. This young woman said that we could always use the toilets by reception if the one in our room wasn't working. Bearing in mind the fact that going to reception meant going outside - this didn't go down too well! . Inadequate cleaning services. better customer services.they want for me to pay 10 euro of broken glass. The service in general including the problem that the appartaments on the upper floors do not have water in the evenings due to lack of pressure.

Winslow Highland Aparthotel is a self-catering apartment hotel operating on an accommodation-only basis. However, we do offer hot and cold drinks at our comfortable lobby bar on the ground floor. We can also provide a breakfast package upon request. All apartments have fully-equipped kitchens combined with a dining space. The hotel is close to the centre, with many restaurants nearby.

Please note that bed linen and towels are changed on every third or fourth day, depending on the length of stay of the guests.

The hotel is located only around 70 metres away from the gondola station. It is very close to the main Pirin Street, as you only have to go 10 metres and you are on it. Winslow Highland Aparthotel is close to a number of taverns and restaurants. The newly opened skating ring is as well nearby. No construction work in surrounding area.
