Fantastic holiday! We had a brilliant holiday! The room was tidy and clean, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive.Our first visit to Bansko was unforgettable!We will be definitely back!. it is near the gondola. Large clean rooms, value/money, perfect for cheap ski vacation. polite english speaking (mostly) staff. luxury above standard. nice clean room. very good dinner. low rate and high standards. proffesional massage staff.

And if the gondola opens at 8.30, the buffet should open at least 7.30 and the shuttle bus should start working no later than 8 o'clock. Breakfast. There was no telephone in our room neither to our friends rooms, eventhough in the site they advertise teleophone in the room, satellite TV (also not available in the room); Wake Up Service/Alarm Clock (also not available in the room). Breakfast does not include coffee variety, i.e. they do not serve filter coffee only instant coffee. At certain times there wasn't any hot water and the restaurant isn't very good.cleaning,free parking. The breakfast should be better and it should be served until 10:30. The cable they gave us to connect in our room was useless as the port was empty, they had never connected the line up to it. 1)They must clean the area in the "garden" and near the hotel. 2)The name of the hotel "...By The Walnut Trees" has to be obvious outside of the hotel (nowhere is written) so that you find the hotel because there are many hotels named Mountain Paradise. 3) The room wasn't very hot.Free Wireless Internet is available only at the hotel lobby and NOT in the rooms as stated in the website. No telephone in the room. The household was washing the glasses just with water. The staff was very polite but overall they didn't had a clue about hotel management, you face small unexpected and annoying issues during your stay. The breakfast available choices and quantity was limited, you could have proper breakfast only if you were an early ro fast person. Shuttle service to the Gondola, it doens't get like the other hotels, it drops you off on the far side of the car park (5 mins walk). Breakfast was limitted and definitely needs improvement. Beds are bad. poor breakfast, very cold room while outside it was snowing, no heating at all, poor spa definitely not worthing the money. The quality of the breakfast table food was unacceptable. There was mold on the food. service. Informing their guests before booking of the hidden costs and of the actual location. Not that I had a problem with the actual location, exactly the opposite, but it is better to know before arrival where you actually go.
