  Excellent. Felipe is very helpful and friendly. I can not think of a better stay. The room is very large and clean. The breakfast is also really good and they serve cakes and coffee throughout the day.   The value for the experience is fair! Has air conditioning, wifi ( bad one, but it looks like it goes this way all the city around), nice shower with hot water, fairly clean ... It works really good if you need just a place to crash! PS: I was in Ubatuba for diving and surfing and in the hotel just at night ( zZZzZZzZzZ)...
