Basically, every time I travel to Sao Paulo SP, I prefer to stay there due to several reasons (cleanness, comfort, location, etc). Therefore, I would like to add something that is not common nowadays. The outstanding performance of Ms. Janine (Hotel Staff), besides the very warm and sympathetic welcome (she is capable to remember the guest's name ever with a smile on her face) this time she surprised me showing that she also very honest person. SOMETHING THAT WE SHOULD NEVER FORGET.

The WiFi was excellent. Taxi was easily available. Other restaurants within walking distance. I liked the price, is really simple to get there, because is to close to Congonhas Airport, good if you need stay there, close to main streets or bad if you want silence. In my opinion, this is a business hotel. There are some amenities on the bathroom, nothing great but is ok. The room is nice. Location. close to congonas airport. Not much within walking distance, broken window handle, unable to lock the window. Nothing to mention. nothing. but if they had coffee maker, it was great. the service at the restaurant specially during supper is very slow , i asked for something to drink and it took 15 minutes and only 3 tables were occupied so i cant imagine the place if is busy please improve that .... Could have a tea oe coffe machine in the room. tamanho do box. outside view. Noise. Too close to the airport. There is no Internet in all rooms only available near lift romms. I had to pay half daily rate for early check in (09:00AM instead of 11:00AM as they told me at the reception), even if the room was ready and available. Terrible experience with the check-out. There was 1 person, only 1, to do this. There is a "toten" there, but is not working (I heard that I should spend more time if I try to use it than in the front desk. Unbelievable. After 30min, finally, was my time. It could be worse, thanks to the Front Desk Lady, she was very fast... Internet too slow. Food at the buffet was very poor, definitely needs an upgrade, would not eat there again. The breakfast deadline si very early for a hotel for holidays, expensive as this is. Is until 10 am, if you go at 9:58 then you missed your opportunity for having breakfast. in the pictures the rooms looks good but in the end are not so confortabble. they are old, barthorrom very small, old forniture. In the morning the breakfast in only toll 10 and if you arrive in late, there is any bar for a caffe. i had to go out of the hotel for a breakfast bcs there is no service. they don't change money. No good!.
