a good standard hotel, english speaking staff, decent breakfast. it is in a safe area, but a bit far from everything, lovely view from the roof, unfortunately it was too cold to try the pool. Paid internet is good, but you can connect only one device at a time. Small bathroom Bit noisy but I was on 19th floor so air traffic noise to be expected. Breakfast basic had better in 3 star hotels. English is a problem ...it was a hard time communicating at the reception. Inconvenient elevator - I stayed on the 15th floor; my firends were on the 5th. To get to their floor via elevator, I had to go to the lobby, find a bellhop and ask him to select floor 5 so that I could get to my friends. Very inconvenient. Guests should have access to all floors once you used your key. Bathrooms are a little small. No a/c in the main area of our double room. The room even in the 12th floor was so noisy!. Could use a refurbishment; small bath room, some noice on the lower level front rooms. Sao Paulo hotels are normally overly expensive for not great rooms but in this case the beds are terrible, there are no proper comforters on the bed. The Bathroom are small and not well equipped. Breakfast was not good and there was always something sweet ... sweet breakfast is bad for those who do not:(. Bathroom Sevice Breakfast Price Linnens. The bathroom is small. To access the Hotel by car, the traffic is impossible. Traffic Lights at 6 PM are absolutely de-synchronized in order to access the location. 15 minutes to get to the Hotel from a 4 block distance. Rooms were very small, bathrooms felt old. The rooms and facility pics of the hotel on the website give a very wrong impression of the hotel. The rooms are very small as compared to shown on the website. Very poor lighting and cramped rooms. Would not stay here again. Small rooms, deceiving advertisement, reckless staff and poor air conditioning. The breakfast was not good at all. The internet connection was terrible.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
