Very clean and with good price comparing hotels around.
Although servant couldn't speak english, but could use google for translation and very kind.
The space it gave you to be comfortable, over a standard hotel room.
The easy access to everything and the fact that it is NOT a hotel.
Since I got a promotional price it was good for what I got. The location
is also good, there is a supermarket just near by. Since there is no
service room this supermarket is very handful. The nearest metro station
is about 3 blocks away, therefore I´d not recommend for a girl alone to
take this path at night.all reviews »
The location was a plus.
Cousy 1 bed apartment.
Nothing worth mentioning perhaps the free convenient parking.
Shower temperature was little cold if wants a warmer shower.
The swimming pool needed cleaning so could it could not be used. The tennis court is in need of repair to be enjoyed all year round.
The staff is poor and there are no facilities outside the room. But then, that´s to be expected when you go to a flat, not a hotel.
It is not a hotel, so they don´t know very much what sort of service to
provide to clients.
I think a hotel would automatically offer cable TV, a comfortable sofa, and some refreshments in the refrigerator.
These things were lacking. A safe would be a plus. Also the restroom at the reception was a total disaster. Not even toilet paper was available.
Not in the nice part of Oscar Freire. You need to get a taxi to Paulista Avenue.
Pool is old and needing cleaning.
the fact I changed the booking to One night only stay on the first day, and I was still charged 2 day stay!! furious about it - What kind of treatment is that?.
Rooms are basic, it does not reflect a clean confortable environment.
