It's a very good option for business travellers. Not a big luxury, but you have everything you need for a short stay. Room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast also very nice for Brazilian standards. Location is perfect, Moema is a nice district with good restaurants. Special recommendation for runners - Ibirapuera park in in 10 min (running) distance!!!. The hotel staff were very courteous and spoke very decent English, which is not all that common in Brazil. The hotel was close to several restaurants (Italian neighborhood), a shopping mall (Ibirapuera), and a full grocery store. The location is safe, even for walking around in the evening.

Not really a negative point. Have had 2 incidents over last 6 months.1 was a back to back stay where I had to extend current stay by 1 day. Person assisting me insisted payment before adding extra day. It was resolved. I had a 2nd incident where the front desk person did not want to allow me to stay in same room for back to back stay. They were all resolved but I had to speak to a senior person. It seems that not all newer front desk personnel understand all the possibilities at times on how to resolve issues. Gym room. Elevators took to long, waiting time to long Music on the floor with a little bit annoying. They charge me 25 Reals for a bowl of soup , very expensive. Music and TV at the same time on breakfast? I hate this. fitness limited,poor. Restaurant menu Crew knocking your door to ask questions. Nothing. The price. rooms and aisles at first/low floor. We had to ask twice for cleaning the room which was done at 5 PM. Failure in equipment. The air conditioning was out of order. Cleaning of toilet was deficient . Old installation. The furniture and carpet seemed old, also, only two pillows on a couple's bed. There was a power outage in the morning and our air conditoner wasnt powered by the generator, so we got hot and it became noisy (city sounds got muffled by the air conditioner). Also, I was woken by the emergency lights. internet speed (very slow), gym room, pool. It would be great to have Kettles in client rooms. For those who like drinking coffee or tea during the time they stay in the hotel. rooms smelled smokey even in nonsmoking rooms rooms and hallways smelled like gasoline dishes and silverware were not clean. Poor infrastructure, room not well maintained, noisy rooms especially on the street side, dripping noise in the walls all night, blinking lights at night, incomfortable pillows. slow Internet connection Small rooms Breakfast. Housekeeping is not good. Internet/WiFi is very very slow. Behaviour for payment request is very rude, I could not enter my room at 2 times. Water leak from bathroom window, everywhere was wet.
