limpeza. Staff was helpful. Too far from the city center, restaurants, entertainment, and other cultural activities. Spent a fortune on taxis trying to get anywhere. Hotel does not provide irons in the rooms or by request - important for business travelers who may need a quick ironing of a wrinkled shirt before a meeting. Too expensive for what you get.
