Staff in reception (10/10)!. Enjoyed the large room and clean environment.Front desk staff and duty manager were very helpful and courteous, as well as professional. I asked for the upgrade to an Ocean View suite and was given a nice spacious suite at not a high supplement. Location is good, with Copacabana beach right outside, at a quieter end. Well-known and popular upmarket seafood restaurant Marius is nearby.
